Hanoi City Tour full day - Hanoi Tours Vietnam The colonial capital city Hanoi is a unique Asian city with tree-lined boulevards, French colonial architecture, peaceful lakes and oriental pagodas and temples dating back thousand years ago. Taking this 1 day Hanoi City Tour, you will visit the most interesting sites in Hanoi.

This 1 day excursion will bring you a change to visit Hanoi's most interesting sights in Hanoi, our tour guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi at 08:30 then start for the trip. We will visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex: Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and his Stilts House, Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda nearby, the Temple of Literature - The site of Vietnam´s first University, built in 11th century, to teach the royals the Confucius theory.

Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we continue visiting the Lake of the Restored Sword and Ngoc Son Temple, peaceful West Lake or Ho Tay with lovers Thanh Nien Street, the sedate Tran Quoc Pagoda and Quan Thanh Temple and one of the city's museums, either the History Museum or the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (or Hoa Lo Prison Museum - The Hanoi Hilton).

In the late afternoon, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese water puppet show. We will take 1 hour cyclo tour around the Old Quarter of Hanoi which also known as the 36 streets and guilds. The tour ends at your hotel late in the afternoon.

Please note that the Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is open every morning except for Monday and Friday, and most museums are closed on Mondays.
