The tour of north east mountainous areas of Ba Be Lake, Cao Bang and Lang Son offers unique opportunities for rugged jeep rides and trekking routes. It is the least traveled area of the northern Vietnam and often attracts the more hardly travelers craving a glimpse of some of the more remote ethnic minority people. The interesting culture of many hill tribe groups and the breathtaking mountain scenery of the north are all on this adventure tour. The trek is real challenge since there are many uphill and downhill walking, but it is a great experience.

Tour Route: Hanoi – Lang Son – Cao Bang – Ban Gioc Waterfall – Bac Can – Ba Be Lake - Hanoi
Tour program:

Day 1: Hanoi - Lang Son - Cao Bang (/L/D)
7.30: Pick up at your hotel , transfer to Cao Bang. Enjoy tranquil Vietnamese rural
Arrive in Lang Son province , stop for visit Tam Thanh grotto . Continue your trip to Cao Bang with many stopovers on the way: Tay village and meet Tay and Dzao people, taking photos, rural market... Arrive in Cao Bang, overnight at hotel in Cao Bang.

Day 2: Cao Bang - Ban Gioc Water Fall (B/L/D)
Am: 8h00 Drive to visit Ban Gioc waterfalls, the highest and most spectacular in the area. Enjoy an imposing scene of Ban Gioc waterfalls. Visit Nguom Ngao Cave, Return to Cao Bang, overnight in CaoBang.

Day 3: Cao Bang - Ba Be Lake (B/L/D)
Am: 8h00 Depart for BaBe Lake, a mountainous area which is nearly 150 km far from Cao Bang.Arrive on afternoon at Cho Ra. Over night in hotel in Ba Be.

Day 4: Full day boating in Ba Be Lake (B/L/D)
Am: Visit Ba Be area: Nang river, grottos, and waterfall. Visit ethnic village, namely Pac Ngoi, where visitors can get to know about Tay People. Enjoy daily meals of ethnic minorities, overnight at hotel in Ba Be

Day 5: Ba Be Lake - Hanoi (B/)
8.00 : Ready to go back Hanoi. More stops on the way, visit more minority village. Stop in Thai Nguyen for visiting the Museum of Vietnam Minority People. Arrive in Hanoi in the afternoon . End service
