Detailed Itineraty:

Day 1 Arrive Vientiane

Airport arrival and transfer to the hotel. Vientians half-day city tour offers a visit to Wat Sisaket, Ho Prakeo, That Luang Stupa. Enjoy a stroll through the colorfull central market and some free on the banks of the Mekong River.

Day 2 Vientiane- Luang Prabang

This morning, we take a flight to Luang Prabang. The former ancient capital. This is a city of historic temples and friendly faces of the local ethnic minority groups. Visit Wat Xieng Thong, the most beautiful pagoda, Wat Vixound, Wat May and Phousi hill for a sectacular overview of the city.

Day 3 Luang Prabang

After breakfast, it’s all aboard for a full day excursion by boat along the Mekong river. We visit the famous Buddhist cave of Pak Ou. On the way, stop at Ba  Xanghai where the process of rice alcohol distillation can be observed. Visit Tham Ting cave. Picnic lunch at Pak Ou village, at the convergence of the Mekong and Ou river. See why so much preservation and effort is now focused on this ancient old city.

Day 4 Luang Prabang-Vientiane

Free to explore untl you are transferred to the airport for flight to Vientiane. We will have an afternoon for relaxing in this city. We suggest a walk along the Mekong and some interaction with the locals. Just brilliant.

Day 5 Vientaine – Hanoi

Laos to Vientaine by flight. Hanoi arrial, airport reception and transfer to hotel for tour briefing. Take a leisurely Cyclo tour and then it’s the famous Vientaine Water Puppet Show.

Day 6 Hanoi – Halong

Hanoi’s Highlights tour talkes us to visit Ho Chi Minh Minh’s complex including his Mausoleum, residence, the tranquil One Pillar Pagoda and temple of Literature. After luch, we transfer to the spell – binding Halong Bay, one of the UNESCO World heritage Sites of Vietnam, Stay in Halong City.

Day 7 Halong – Hanoi

Up early at he hotel, then cruising the Archipelago’s spectacular waters, sampling delicious seafood and exploring one of many caves before transfering to Hanoi with stop at Dong Trieu ceramic village.. free time in the evening to explore

Day 8 Hue

Moring transfer and flight to Hue, Vietnam’s former imperial capital. Cruise on the Perfume River to visit the impressive tomb of King Minh Mang with a stop at the Old Thien Mu Pagoda. The rest of day will be free time for you at Dong Ba Market.

Day 9 Hue – Hoi An

Today, we explore the Citadel before driving ove the scenic Hai Van poss to Danang. On the way we can see some of the best scenery in Vietnam. Visit the unique Cham Museum and continue on to Hoi An, Vietnam’s ancient trading port.

Day 10 Hoi An

In Hoi An, we will have the opportunity to wal the streets and watch the tailors, lantem makers and cobbiers doing their trades. The river setting in Hoi An is wonderful and we are sure you’ll enjoy some great seafood dinning in Hoi An. Free time in the evening for discovery.

Day 11 Hoi An – Danang – Ho Chi Minh City

Transfer to Danang Airport and it’soon to the busy Ho Chi Minh City. We wal its bustling streets and markets, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the former US Embassy and Cho Lon, the Chinatown of Saigon. The shopping in Ho Chi Minh City is as good as anywhere and bargains are waiting for you.

Day 12 Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi

A visit to the South is also a chance to experience the resistance fighter’s underground tunnel system of Cu Chi. This area was of major significance in the American and French wars. Try your luck at the rifle range? Back to Ho Chi Minh City for some night life.

Day 13 Ho Chi Minh – Siem Reap

Airport transfer for flight to Siem Reap, where our journey starts by exploring Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of Elephant and Terrance of the leper King. Transfer back to hotel for relaxation after a big day.

Day 14 Siem Reap

Angkor Wat, one on the seven Wonders of the World, you are about to discorver it for yourself. Wiew sunrise at Angkor Wat in the early morning and an afternoon boat trip on Tonle Sap Great Lake to visit the Floating Village.

Day 15 Siem Reap – Phnom Penh

This morning, we visit Grand Circuit, including Pre Rup(‘Change the Body’), Eastt Mebon, TaSom, Neak Pean, Preah Khan and Baksei Chamkrong before transferring to the airport for flight to Phnom Penh. Arrive Phnom Penh. Free at your leisure.

Day 16 Phnom Penh

A full day of exploration will lead us to Silver Pagoda, the Toul Sleng Museum and the impressive Khmer National Museum. Pol Pot’s reign of terror may shock you so be prepared for a disturbing accoount. Free time in town for shopping at the Russian Market or New Central Market

Day 17 Depart Phnom Penh

On the concluding day, it’s tiem to relax until transferring  to the airport for departure flight. Tour ends.
