We start the day (8.45am) with drinking coffee at the restaurant to discuss about the dishes we’ll cook.
Visit Hoi An's colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
In the morning, Your tour guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Hoi An Town and transfer to visit My Son Holy see, Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the temple complex of My Son is set in a dense, vegetated valley beneath Hon Cat or Cat’s ToothMountain. Although centuries of pillage and more recent bombings have taken their toll, the ruins provide a glimpse into a fascinating Indianized culture. Evocative as the complex is, the groups of monuments are rather unimaginatively named after letters of the alphabet.
Back to Hoi An for lunch. After the relax, it is light excursion to go around tiny town of Hoi An for city tour: 400 years old Japanese Bridge, 300 years old Chinese temple, 200 years old Vietnamese former merchants' house. Cycling around the town before coming back to your hotel. Tour end at about 16.30 pm.
